EileenMILBURN( Nee Smalley ) Passed away peacefully at Agnes House on 28th May 2018 aged 82 years.

Reunited with
loving Husband Roy.
She will be sorely missed by all the Smalley family in Perth, Western Australia.

Eileen's funeral service will be held at St Anne's Church, Letchworth Road on Friday 29th June at 10am, followed by a burial at Gilroes Cemetery.

All flowers welcome or donations kindly accepted on the day for Macmillan Nurses.
